9:45-10:45 AM

The Wilderness Class
Meets in Epiphany House.
This class engages in the study of some of the most cutting edge
and controversial ideas in theology and in what our faith has to say
about the challenging global crises we face today as Christians.

The Faith Works Class
Meets in The Parlor.
A mixed group of mature adults study contemporary Biblical theology and books by current authors. The FaithWorks Class began in late 2011 with changing, or desired changes, in employment or family life. Topics have since included Spiritual Leadership, Dealing with Stress from Trauma, diverse Bible studies, and works from more contemporary writers such as Adam Hamilton and Amy-Jill LeVine.

The Faith in Action Social Justice Class
Meets in Epiphany House.
This class seeks to  become aware, knowledgeable,
and supportive of groups who advocate for social justice issues
including creation care, immigration, gun control, and systemic racism.
Under the guidance of the Social Principles of the United Methodist Church
and grounded in scripture and Christian tradition, this class explores ways
to express their faith by actively supporting social justice initiatives –
emphasizing policy over politics while engaging in invigorating discussions
to actively seek social justice for all.

The Pastor’s Methodism 101 Class

at the corner of Constantinople and Pitt Streets.
