Hebrew Bible 102

Sundays, 4 pm at the parsonage – January 23rd – February 27
The God of the Old Testament is the God of the New Testament. Believe that? A deep dive into the First Part of scripture; join in for a time of contemplation and conversation about the character of God, the act of covenanting, and the original blessing of God in creation. This will be a 6-week group study.

Short Stories

January 19th – February 23rd
Based on the book, Short Stories by Jesus: The Enigmatic Parables of a Controversial Rabbi, by Amy-Jill Levine – this study will take Jesus’s most popular parables and explain them in their original context while also making them lively and relevant.

Acts – Women’s Bible Study

Tuesdays, 6 pm, at the Epiphany House, 3924 St. Charles Ave
January 18th – February 22rd
A study based on the book Acts: Awakening to God in Everyday Life by Melissa Spolestra, will journey through the birth and growth of the early church. This study hopes to provide an opportunity for spiritual awakening to become more aware of God’s presence and activity in our everyday lives.
